DIVINYMAT ® |
| Structural Flow Media |
Engineered specifically for vacuum infusion, this core material is grooved, perforated, and scored to create flow channels for resin. A 3.8# Vinyl Foam, Divinymat offers the highest structural properties of any available flow media. Bonded to a light scrim cloth, this core will conform to most simple curves and shapes.
1/8” thick x 32” x 48”.

Vinyl Foam |
| Versatile, Formable, and Water Resistant |
Closed cell vinyl foam is an excellent core material with superior mechanical properties! When used as a structural sandwich core, this foam provides low weight, excellent stiffness as well as high insulation! This foam is used extensively in aircraft and automotive applications and is compatible with all of our resins. Can also be easily thermoformed with a heat gun or oven!

Nomex ® Honeycomb |
| Lightest Possible Construction |
| Parts which require minimum weight often employ Nomex® honeycomb sandwich cores. #1562 and #2562 are .210" cut thickness with a 3/16" overexpanded cell. #1562 is 1.8 lb/cu ft. density and #2562 is 3.0 lb/cu ft. Both are quite flexible due to the overexpanded cell structure, making them perfect for use in tight radius curves. All of our resins will bond well to the phenolic coated honeycomb, reducing peel. Nomex® is a registered trademark of E.I. DuPont De Nemours & Co. |

End Grain Balsa |
| Standard Marine Grade Core |
| End Grain Balsa is the most widely used core material. We have it available in 2' x 4' sheets of individual small blocks of end grain balsa bonded to a light scrim fabric that holds the blocks together while laminating. Sheets of this core will conform to practically any simple curve and most gradual compound curves. 9.5# density. |

Laminate Bulkers |
| 2mm & 4mm, 39.4" Wide |
| Lightweight alternative to multiple layers of fiberglass! The 2mm and 4mm Laminate Bulkers are made out of fine polyester, non-woven, multi-directional fibers that provide equal strength characteristics in both the length and width directions. By allowing easier resin distribution throughout a part, these Laminate Bulkers act as strong interlaminate links between different layers of reinforcement. Also, Laminate Bulker materials add screw retention capabilities to laminate parts. Compared to bulk laminating with fiberglass, these Laminate Bulkers provide tremendous weight savings. Withstands severe duty fatigue, low resin consumption, excellent impact barrier, low shrinkage, superior shear strength, prevents stress cracks on gel coated parts, maintains a constant thickness, Easy to use. |
